Web Werks Data Centers has partnered with FatPipe to provide businesses with a Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solution. Web Werks has installed FatPipe's solutions across its locations as part of this agreement to offer SD-WAN-enabled services to organizations to simplify the WAN infrastructure.
The alliance provides Web Werk's clients exceptional flexibility regarding connectivity options. It provides customers with centralized management over edge devices and simplicity of scalability and deployment at a lower TCO (total cost of ownership). Web Werks would provide its clients with an end-to-end network optimized for connection between branches and the cloud by using FatPipe's sophisticated SD-WAN capabilities.
Fatpipe revealed the general availability of built-in 4G/5G solutions to enable partners to deploy a single appliance solution for retail locations that include a landline and an independent 4G or 5G back-up channel to deliver an end-to-end SD-WAN solution for business clients. Using Fatpipe's famed 'Sat Booster' technology built for satellite traffic, the solution may be set to decrease data flow across the LTE channel. The LTE connection may also g utilized for out-of-band network administration if landlines break, allowing network managers to access the network for troubleshooting and restoring it.
FatPipe's technology enables failover to several data centers and simplifies the implementation of enterprise-grade, multi-data center resilient, cloud-hosted systems. These will be extremely useful for consumers that use real-time apps.
"By choosing the most advanced solution available from the inventors of SD-WAN, Web Werks Data Centers can leverage FatPipe's unique patented technologies to bring the highest levels of global network performance. They can also provide customers with the highest WAN security and reliability," said Nikhil Rathi, Executive Director & CEO for Web Werks.
